A full Prince Charlie oufit the only things you'll need to add are a shirt and tie. Includes:

1.Prince Charlie Jacket and Waistcoat

Our Prince Charlie Jackets and Vests are tailored in the UK using the finest quality 15oz barathea wool cloth. This stylish, formal evening jacket can be worn to all formal functions where a black tie is requested such as weddings, dances and fancy dinner receptions.

 This Prince Charlie Jacket is a higher cut thaa an Argyll jacket and is completed with a 3 button evening waistcoat. 
  • 100% 15oz Barathea Wool
  • Thistle Jacquard lining

 2. Full 8 yard Kilt
As with all our kilts, this garment is hand made by our own highly-trained kilt makers. They are fully canvas lined with 3 buckles to ensure an excellent fit. The kilt is fully hand made and finished from 8 yards 16oz. worsted wool, available in our full range of tartans from Lochcarron of Scotland, Strathmore Woolen Mills, House of Edgar and Marton Mills. 

Measuring advice:

  • Waist: measure firmly around waist at navel height.
  • Seat: measure firmly around the largest part of the seat area.
  • Kilt Length: measure from navel height to the top of the knee.
  • Height: provide this in feet and inches.

Pleating at the back can either be 'to the sett' meaning it continues the pattern of the tartan, while 'to the strip' means each pleat carries a uniform stripe from the tartan (see picture comparison above). You have the option to choose which colour stripe you'd like carried over in this option (imput which colour from your chosen tartan you'd like in the text box). 3. Sporran

Made on our premises in Glasgow, Scotland using the finest materials. A free sporran chain is included. Please select the waist size you require.

4. Ghillie Brogues
Make your chose of either:
  • Endrick: The Endrick is our budget brogue. Don't be fooled by the price this is a quality brogue that is tried and tested in Pipe Band competitions and parades.

5. Day wear hose

Traditional style wool rich hose with a less bulkier turn over top compared to Piper Hose. The combination of 40% wool, 40% acrylic and 20% nylon make this a comfortable and durable hose suitable to wear in a pipe band or as part of a highland wear outfit. Available in a range of colours to match any tartan, arran is normally worn with a Prince Charlie Jacket

6. Prn.emium Flashes

Premium flashes with adjustable garter elastics. Available in seven colours or tartan to match your kilt. 
7. Kilt Pin

Premium quality hand finished pewter kilt pin. Made in Glasgow, Scotland in the Clan name of your choice. The kilt pin is worn on the front of a kilt to prevent it lifting.
